Casella Flow Detective Air Flow Calibrator
The Flow Detective™ Plus Model extends the range down to 20mL/min and other enhanced features such as Bluetooth connectivity and Closed-loop calibration with Apex2. The Flow Detective™ is an easy to use all-in-one airflow calibrator that is suitable for all types of personal air sampling pumps and other applications for flows up to 5L/min. It is a rugged, compact lab or field portable calibrator which removes the need to purchase multiple flowmeters.

The battery life is up-to 70 hours giving peace of mind that it is always ready to go. Within a few seconds of switching on the Flow Detective™ is ready to measure, ensuring you can calibrate devices quickly. Where the Flow Detective™ standard model has a flow range from 500mL/min to 5L/min, the Flow Detective™ Plus Model extends the range down to 20mL/min to calibrate at low flows for sorbent tube sampling of vapours and gasses.
The plus model also has Bluetooth connectivity so it can be connected via a mobile device such as a mobile phone. Available for free for iOS and Android devices, the Airwave App can be used to remotely control the Flow Detective™ and wirelessly receive calibration data. When used with an Apex2 pump, closed loop calibration can be achieved so nothing has to be set manually on the pump, which saves time. Calibration reports can be generated and sent via email to save time and prevent errors in manually writing data down.
